Refund Policy

At TrainWizer, we aim to provide high‑quality personal training services both online and in person. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ve set out the following refund guidelines:

1. Session Refunds

  • Cancellations with 24 hours’ notice: You may reschedule or request a full refund.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours): The session fee may be charged in full and is non‑refundable.

  • No‑shows: Missed sessions without notice are non‑refundable.

2. Packages & Programs

  • Refunds for multi‑session packages or online programs are available within 14 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used.

  • Once a package has been partially used, refunds are calculated on a pro‑rata basis, minus any applicable administrative fees.

3. Special Programs (e.g., 6‑Week Shred)

  • Refunds are only available before the program start date.

  • After the program begins, fees are non‑refundable due to the customized nature of the service.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • TrainWizer may consider partial or full refunds in cases of medical issues or other exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the trainer.

5. Payment Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
